Criminon welcomes volunteers who want to help us transform lives. There are many ways in which one may contribute to the work of Criminon as a volunteer:
- You may work with us inside the DC Dept. of Corrections facilities (DOC).
- You may help at our reentry or rehabilitation centers outside of DOC.
- You may also help us administratively and with fundraising.
- Or, you may do all of the above!
Regardless of how you wish to help, we will provide you with training.
About Volunteering Inside Government Correctional Facilities
To be able to enter or work in a government correctional facility as a Criminon volunteer there may be certain additional things a volunteer will be required to do including some short training. We will fully brief you on these steps and assist you with the whole process.
